Individual Psychotherapy
Individual CBT is a structured, evidence-based therapy for people experiencing moderate to more complex difficulties, including anxiety disorders, depression, panic, phobias, health anxiety, OCD, and stress-related difficulties. Therapy focuses on understanding how thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviours interact to maintain problems, and on developing tailored strategies to support change.

Sessions are delivered online and offer a collaborative, one-to-one space to work towards agreed goals. Therapy is personalised to your needs, with regular reviews of progress and a focus on applying learning between sessions.

Integrated CBT & Somatic Therapy
I offer a warm, collaborative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with somatic (body-based) therapy to support meaningful, lasting change. In our work together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—while also tuning into what your body is communicating through sensations, tension, or patterns of stress. This gentle integration helps you build practical coping tools and a deeper sense of calm, safety, and self-awareness.

Sessions are tailored to you and move at your pace. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or carrying the effects of past experiences, this approach supports both insight and nervous system regulation. Our goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered—not just in session, but in everyday life.

Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) - Coming Soon!
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a therapy approach that helps people process and heal from distressing or overwhelming experiences. It works by gently guiding you to recall aspects of a difficult memory while engaging in simple, back-and-forth movements, sounds, or taps. This process helps the brain reprocess the memory so it feels less intense and no longer gets “stuck” in the nervous system. You don’t need to go into lots of detail about what happened—EMDR focuses more on how your mind and body are holding the experience. Sessions move at your pace, with an emphasis on safety, support, and stability, helping you feel more relief, clarity, and confidence in everyday life over time.

I will undertake EMDR training in May 2026. Please get in touch if you are willing to work with me as a trainee at a reduced rate.
